ICA Posts New Fee Schedule

The Industrial Commission of Arizona posted a new Physicians’ and Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule for services provided on or after Oct. 1. The fee schedule was updated to incorporate the 2021 edition of the American Medical Association’s Current Procedural Terminology publication, including general guidelines, identifiers, modifiers and terminology changes. The schedule also includes new Resource-Based Relative Value Scale conversion factors for surgery/radiology and other medical services.
