The New York Workers’ Compensation Board is accepting comments on a proposed update to its Non-Acute Pain Medical Treatment Guidelines.
The board is proposing to adopt a second edition of the non-acute pain guidelines to replace the first edition last revised in September 2014. The new guidelines would take effect for services provided on or after June 7, under the board’s proposal.

The WCB said it will accept comments for 60 days. Comments can be sent to regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
