The Kentucky Court of Appeals revived a dispute between two insurance carriers over which of them was liable for a former high school teacher’s mesothelioma claim.
Roger Hall worked full time at Letcher County High School from 1976 to 2003. He then switched to working only occasionally at the school as a substitute teacher until 2014.
During that time, Hall regularly used a breakroom that, unbeknownst to him, contained asbestos.
