The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation has adopted amendments to Section 124.5 and added a new Section 124.6 of Title 28, Part 2, Chapter 124 of the Texas Administrative Code, which addresses the use of electronic transfer payments made through a prepaid access card.
