ICA Creates Web Page for Medical Resource Office

The Industrial Commission of Arizona created a new web page for its Medical Resource Office. The MRO provides staff support to the commission for annual updates to the pharmaceutical and physicians’ fee schedules. It also assists in the informal resolution of disputes regarding fee schedules. And the office provides administrative review and oversight of the implementation of a process for the use of medical treatment guidelines.
