West New York Mayor Dr. Felix Roque was indicted on Tuesday for taking part in a massive multi-million dollar insurance fraud ring that has resulted in the indictment of five other doctors and the owner of a medical imaging center, according to the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General.
Roque allegedly received $250,000 in cash between 2007 and 2012 in exchange for referring patients to get CT and MRI scans from a medical imaging company owned by Rehan Zuberi.
