Marsh Names Chief Diversity, Inclusion Officer

Marsh & McLennan Cos. has appointed Nicole Gardner as chief diversity and inclusion officer.Gardner will be responsible for driving cultural and organizational change at Marsh, working with leadership to promote a vibrant, inclusive and diverse culture across the global enterprise. She will sit on Marsh’s Diversity Council and also serve as a member of the HR executive team.
