The California Office of Administrative Law on Monday approved electronic document filing and lien-filing fee rules drafted by the Division of Workers' Compensation − even though the DWC can't make use of the lien-filing provisions under an injunction imposed by a federal judge. The DWC has been acting under emergency regulations that went into effect on Jan. 1 of this year.
