DWC Updates Fee Schedules

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted orders updating both the hospital outpatient and ambulatory surgical centers section and the pathology and clinical laboratory section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule. The division said the updates to the pathology and clinical laboratory reimbursement rules adopt Medicare’s 2024 third-quarter update to its fee schedule.
