Owner of Private Security Firm Charged With Payroll Fraud

The owner of a private security firm and an insurance and financial solutions company was arraigned on five felony counts of fraud for allegedly underreporting payroll to reduce his workers’ compensation premiums, according to the California Department of Insurance.
