EK Health Promotes Northern Calif. Sales Leader to Account Exec.

EK Health Services announced Tuesday that it has hired Derek Downs as account executive.Downs was previously responsible for sales in the Northern California region at the San Jose-based managed care company. EK Health said he has more than 18 years of sales and marketing experience, including work for a major insurance carrier, national managed care company and a mortgage lending firm.EK Health said before joining the company, Downs worked as a licensed insurance agent for United Healthcare covering multiple Northern California counties.
