Investigators who served search warrants at a Southern California hospital and drug compounding business earlier this month are looking for evidence that the owner paid kickbacks to surgeons who performed spinal fusions, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.As reported previously by WorkCompCentral, the Federal Bureau of Investigation acknowledged serving warrants at the Pacific Hospital of Long Beach and Industrial Pharmacy Management in Newport Beach.
