Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder has appointed Kevin A. Elsenheimer as director of the Workers' Compensation Agency, the agency has announced.Elsenheimer served in the Michigan House of Representatives from November 2004 through 2010, and served as the Republican minority leader in the House during the 2009-2010 Legislature.
