A Waxahachie anesthesiologist is rejecting federal charges that he received kickbacks as part of a two-state compounding medication scheme that defrauded the federal workers' compensation and other insurance programs.
“It is totally bogus and is a totally untrue accusation. This comes from a time when I served as medical director for seven months," Dr. Adam Arredondo told the Waxahachie newspaper this week.
