Bill to Index Med-Legal Fee Schedule for Inflation Added to Fiscal Committee Agenda

Fiscal committees in both chambers of the California Legislature will hold hearings on a handful of workers’ compensation bills Wednesday and Thursday, including a measure last heard in 2021 that would require indexing the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule for inflation. The Assembly Appropriations Committee will vote on SB 1242 Wednesday, while SB 1127 and SB 216 are on the agenda for the committee’s hearing on Thursday.
