North Coast Counties Collect More Than $1 Million in Child Support From Comp Benefits

Child support service departments in two Northern California counties have collected more than $1 million in child support payments from workers’ compensation benefits over the last 19 months. Humboldt County issued a statement saying the North Coast Regional Department of Child Support Services, run in partnership with Trinity County, collected more than $660,000 in the fiscal year ending in June 2017.
