Almost two years after it started developing a rule to regulate the electronic reporting of injuries, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration plans to submit a final regulation in September.
OSHA doesn't have a specific day listed to tackle the rule in its regulatory agenda, but the online document states that it will offer a final regulation sometime in September.
