Accuro Acquires Splashlight Solutions

Medical bill review and payment manager Accuro Solutions announced the acquisition of national work comp bill review service provider Splashlight Solutions. The purchase price was not disclosed. All Splashlight employees joined Accuro Solutions.  Splashlight CEO and founder Lisa Gran is now serving as chief revenue officer. Mike Knutter, who led Splashlight’s operations, is now assistant vice president of bill review. The deal came about when Gran was investigating options to enhance Splashlight’s bill review services.
