The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation will hold a public hearing next month on proposed changes to its drug-free workplace program rule.
The hearing will begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 28 in the Tennessee Room of the BWC building, located at 220 French Landing Drive in Nashville.
The rule, 0800-02-12, governs Tennessee's Drug-Free Workplace Program. Participating employers can receive discounts on their workers' compensation premiums in exchange for adopting an anti-drug policy in the workplace.
The rule was last updated in 2012.
