IC Adopts Fee Schedule Rules, Sends Them to Rules Review Commission

The North Carolina Industrial Commission has announced that it has adopted its proposed physician and hospital fee schedules and submitted the fee schedule rules to the state’s Rules Review Commission. The Rules Review Commission will have the opportunity to consider the rules at its Feb. 19 meeting, the Industrial Commission said on its website.
