A Michigan attorney says he's at risk of losing his law license because he accused an independent medical examiner of lying under oath to downplay the significance of his client's injuries from an automobile accident.
That IME, Dr. Rosalind Griffin, happens to be a member of the state discliplinary board for Michigan attorneys.
Attorney Steven M. Gursten said in blog posts that Griffin, a forensic psychiatrist, is "notorious" among personal injury and workers' compensation practitioners for her "hatchet job tactics."
