Attorney Prepares to Defend Law License after Accusing IME Doctor of Perjury

A Michigan attorney says he's at risk of losing his law license because he accused an independent medical examiner of lying under oath to downplay the significance of his client's injuries from an automobile accident. That IME, Dr. Rosalind Griffin, happens to be a member of the state discliplinary board for Michigan attorneys. Attorney Steven M.
