Claimants Bar: AMA Guides Dead in N.Y.

The New York Workers' Compensation Alliance pronounced the prospect for making American Medical Association (AMA) impairment guides a part of the state's reformed workers' compensation system dead Tuesday and called for resurrecting a draft of new state-specific guides shelved when Gov.
