Primoris Energy Service Corp., No. 04-18-00758-CV, 07/10/2019, published. Facts: Robert Niño worked for the Primoris Energy Service Corp., which sent him and three others to change filters inside a vessel at a natural gas facility. At the end of the shift, coworker Brandon Reyna saw Niño sitting in the crew truck. Niño complained of blurry vision and said he had tripped and fallen....
