Worker Entitled to Further Treatment, Can Get Award for Permanent Loss of Use

An Ohio appellate court upheld an administrative finding that a worker had suffered a permanent loss of use of her arm, and even though she was not yet at maximum medical improvement, she was entitled to additional treatment that could improve function.
