Specialty Care Firm Paradigm Names New Senior VP

California-based specialty care management organization Paradigm has named Elizabeth Ulloa Lowry as its senior vice president of case management, the company announced in a news release. Lowry will join Paradigm after working at third-party claims administrator CorVel for roughly a decade, according to the news release.
