York Risk Services Group announced on Wednesday the appointment of Daniel R. Sullivan as president of its Frank Gates Ohio subsidiary.Frank Gates Ohio is a division of York that offers group rating, state fund services and self-insured services in Ohio, the Parsippany, N.J.-based claims-management company said in a press release.
