The North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled that a widower’s civil suit over the fatal workplace shooting of his wife could proceed. Tangela Parker and Michelle Marlow worked for TCS Designs Inc., a commercial furniture manufacturer. On Jan. 13, 2021, Parker and Marlow were at work.
