Appeals Court Overrules WCC on Credibility of Doctors' Testimony

The Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court erred by relying on the testimony of an independent medical examiner instead of the treating physician who had performed surgery, when denying a claim by a worker who had been thrown across a garage when a tire exploded next to him, the Court of Appeals ruled.  Case: Hintz v.
