The Hawaii Department of Labor and Industrial Relations scheduled an Oct. 26 hearing to gather testimony on proposed rules that would allow medical service providers to submit treatment plans electronically.
The department is also proposing revisions to its medical fee schedule.
The proposed rules would implement House Bill 2017, which Gov. David Ige signed into law June 21, 2016.
