Pet Food Manufacturer Failed to Correct Safety Violations, OSHA Says

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a New Jersey pet food manufacturer for allegedly failing to correct previously identified workplace safety hazards. Hamiltime Herb Co. LLC, of Howell, New Jersey, is facing proposed penalties of $152,829 in connection with the citations, which OSHA issued on Sept. 26. The company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
