UR Study Bill, CIGA Measure Set for Aug. 1 Hearing

The California Senate Appropriations Committee will review fiscal implications for measures that would extend the deadline for a study into the effects of utilization review changes and modify the process for the California Insurance Guarantee Association to issue bonds when the Legislature returns from its summer break Aug. 1.
