Department Proposes Rules on New Treatment Guidelines

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims will hold a public hearing Nov. 21 and will accept written comments until Nov. 30 on proposed new regulations that would implement medical treatment guidelines. The rules, posted this week in the Kentucky Register, page 1385, are the final stage in an 18-month process to adopt a formulary and treatment guidelines.
