United Heartland announced Monday the promotion of Jane Ische to director of claim strategy and Lee Zubek to director of field claims for the New Berlin, Wisc.-based carrier.Ische previously served in a variety of positions with United Heartland over the past 15 years, including her most recent position as manager of claim operations, the carrier said.As director of Claim Strategy, Ische is responsible for creating a competitive advantage for United Heartland by the implementation of a client service/management strategy.
