New Arbitrator Assigned Predecessor's Cases

Michael Glaub, a newly appointed arbitrator for the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, has been assigned the docket of former arbitrator Robert Williams of Cook County. Gov. Bruce Rauner did not reappoint Williams in July and appointed Glaub on Dec. 5. Glaub's term ends July 1, 2019, and his salary is $115,840. Glaub has nearly 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation law and was a partner with Hennessy & Roach in Chicago for nine years.
