Assembly Passes Bill to Revise Med-Legal Process

The California Assembly unanimously passed a bill that would revise the medical-legal process by implementing templates that can be used for reports and requiring the Division of Workers’ Compensation to publish its annual review of med-legal reports. At the same time, the Senate unanimously approved a bill that would create training requirements and new safety rules for the stone fabrication industry.
