The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation reported that the number of claims for COVID-19 fell in June after climbing in May.
The DWC reports 591 COVID-19 claims were filed in June, down nearly 25% compared to the 787 claims filed in May. More COVID-19 claims were filed in May than any other month in 2022 except January, when 5,982 claims were submitted.
