Uninsured Employer Can't Collect Through Liability Policy

An employer who failed to provide workers' compensation coverage cannot recover the cost of a negligence claim filed by two injured workers through his general liability policy, because that coverage was specifically excluded, the Florida 4th District Court of Appeal ruled.Case: Indian Harbor Insurance Co. v.
