A northwest Ohio telecommunication pole manufacturer received $45,500 in fines from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration after two employee injuries at the facility prompted an inspection.
The administration cited FWT for one serious and one repeat violation, both for not providing guards on a machine at a Hicksville, Ohio, facility, according to a Thursday press release.
