Valero Cites Exclusive Remedy in Opposing Chemical Burn Complaint

Workers' compensation is the only remedy available to a man who suffered chemical burns to his face, arms and lungs, Valero said in response to a personal injury lawsuit, according to a report by the Southeast Texas Record.
