Legislation to add a medical fee schedule for workers’ compensation is likely to get its first hearing next week before a joint session of the state Assembly Committee on Labor and state Senate Committee on Judiciary and Labor, capitol sources said Monday.The draft bill was approved last week by the Workers’ Compensation Advisory Committee and is expected to gain sponsorship from the committee chairman, Rep.
