Legislature to Consider Formulary Again, Plus Tying ASC Reimbursement to Medicare

Nebraska's Legislature will consider a trio of employer-friendly bills that would limit reimbursement for ambulatory surgical centers, create a drug formulary and remove first report of injury forms from the public record.
