Following the failure of the Kentucky School Board Insurance Trust, claims liabilities for the trust’s workers’ compensation fund have been transferred to Kentucky Employers’ Mutual Insurance after members were assessed for their portion of the fund’s deficit, the Kentucky Public Protection Cabinet announced in a release Friday.
