Mandamus Isn't Required for Doctor to Clarify Worker's Limitations, High Court Rules

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that mandamus was not necessary for an evaluating doctor to clarify whether a worker's limited ability to perform repetitive lifting, carrying or bending activities would prevent him from sedentary employment.
