Clinic Owners Plead Guilty in Medicare Conspiracy

The owner/operators of two Miami medical clinics and a clinic phlebotomist have pleaded guilty to Medicare fraud conspiracy charges in a continuing series of cases involving South Florida clinics and HIV infusions that either were never provided or were unneeded.U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta said Juan A.
