The New York Workers' Compensation Board has posted updated — and slightly higher — reimbursement rates for acute-care, per-case hospital treatment of injured workers.
The rates, determined by the state Department of Health, are retroactive to Jan. 1, 2019, and will remain in effect until 2020 rates are approved, according to the Department of Health and the compensation board.
