Reimbursement Cap for Medical-Only Claims to Stay at $2,300

Oregon employers will be allowed to reimburse up to $2,300 in medical costs on accepted, non-disabling claims next year to avoid losses that could negatively affect their experience modifications. The Workers’ Compensation Division on Tuesday announced that the employer-reimbursed medical services costs cap for 2022 will remain unchanged at $2,300, the same as it was in 2021.
