Homeowner Not Liable for Injury from Worker's Use of his Tractor

A property owner who lent his tractor to the construction crew that was building him a new home could not be held liable in tort to a member of the crew who was injured when the crew attempted to use the tractor and a ladder as a makeshift scaffold, as a matter of law, a Louisiana appellate court ruled.Case: Isgitt v.
