Email Only, Please, Board Says About Settlement Documents

The Indiana Workers' Compensation Board will no longer accept paper documents in settlements.  In fact, it will destroy them. The board announced this week that if parties mail or drop off paper-based settlement agreements and related documents, it will trash them and notify the parties by phone or email to join the modern world.
