The Arkansas Court of Appeals ruled that a worker could not proceed with a tort claim against a colleague whose negligence allegedly caused an accident that left him paraplegic. Case: Moore v. Bestway Rent to Own, No. CV-19-720, 02/03/2021, published. Facts: Cortney Moore and Zachary Waters worked for Bestway Rent to Own.
