The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a claimant accused of workers' compensation fraud after she failed to appear for her arraignment.Authorities arrested Rita A. Lynch after she failed to turn herself in to police on several occasions, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation announced.
